I redeemed the target test prep course around 3 days ago but still haven't received any word about whether I've gained accessibility to the course.

Hi Scott,
I've received access to the 10 day trial but my card is being repeatedly declined.
Do you have any idea why? I called my bank and they said everything was fine at their end.
