I have triggered the email to both the referees, out of which one referee has already submitted but for other the link has expired. I tried to re-send the email, but still link is not working. Also, tried to contact the admissions team via both mail and phone but no response. Can anyone guide what could be done in such scenarios? Application deadline is still 5 days away.
Will they accept pdf of referee report, if sent on mail? Will my application get rejected because of this? If i delete the referee name and re-add him, then will it work?
I had a similar situation. I called the school several times and finally, they answered. They re-activated the link and then my referee was able to submit the recommendation online.
Once I got through them, they did it over the call itself. But the challenge would be to get through their phone line. I am based out of SG so for me I was trying 10 times a day.
