Job Experience
I m Rosh. I have started working from November 2014 at Tata Consultancy Services. My main work there is to solve customer queries and mailing the clients.
I want to do MBA in finance from Top 10 B-schools and my work is no where related to finance. I doubt that when applying for B-schools they won't count my experience.
GMAT
When should i start preparing for GMAT ? is it too early to start now ? because i will be applying to b-schools after 3 years of work experience.
Application
When should i start applying ? which year ?

Your GMAT score is valid for 5 years. It is in your best interest to take it earlier -- rather than later. Something always comes up in life -- so if you have the opportunity to study/take the test now -- then do it now. Once things get busier later, you will have to juggle stresses at work, family/relationships, applications, AND GMAT -- all at the same time. Focus on one when possible.
