I have bought the
Magoosh Premium GMAT prep for 30 day course. I was so confident about the material that I took sick leave for some days from my office. I bought the course on 19th July,16. and my GMAT is on 22nd August. I was pretty serious about my preparation. So , I mailed nearly 4-5 times to the helpdesk. The lesson videos never ran smoothly during the daytime according to the Indian Standard time. It only ran at the night time from 10pm to 12am.At that time, I loose my concentration and had to quit the prep at that time. Please help for this condition.I am very much interested for the course, fed up of the condition I asked for the refund, since I didnt see any sufficient improvement. Please help out. The Internet speed and browser settings I have tried all, nothing worked. Please help orelse I am really doomed.

Andy, I am really sorry to hear about your technical issues. That's not ideal and definitely disruptive to your studies. We want
Magoosh to work for all of our students and when it doesn't that means we've failed.
