The correct answer choice should use the following two structures:
Structure 1: "to X, to Y, and to Z" (or to X, Y, and Z) It should either to with all the list elements or only at the beginning of the list but to use it randomly with a few of the list elements is bad.
Structure 2: "both X and Y" (or X as well as Y) Using both X as well as Y is a bad practice.
(A) Violates both the sentence structures as discussed above. Eliminate A.
(B) Missing "and" before the final element of the list. Eliminate B.
(C) Violates both the sentence structures as discussed above. Eliminate C.
(D) Perfect!! Nicely adheres to both the structures discussed above.
(E) Missing "and" before the final element of the list. Eliminate E.
