Can anyone help me with reinstalling GMATPrep? I have done what I thought was a removal, and then downloaded the software again - but I get the same version when I do i.e. it has all my previous scores etc.
Are you able to give me more detailed instructions? I am IT illiterate!

Go to the program files in the C drive and look for GMATPRep folder or PVue folder. When you find it ..... delete that folder from the system(even from the recycle bin).
Once you have done that..... you can use the same GMATPrep setup to install it again. You will get new tests.
