Reinstate score deadline

I plan on scheduling my retake but the days are filling quickly and I'm afraid every day I wait is another risk of losing that perfect time I see that's up there but If I have 60 days to reinstate my GMAT score and it takes "5-20 days to process" do I have to do it with that buffer in mind or is it I have 60 days to make the request and then however long it takes them after that is of no concern deadline wise?
The day I plan on retaking is at like day 50 of that 60 day window and I'd like to schedule it within the next couple of hours before it disappears so hopefully one of you can answer? I suspect it's 60 days to make the request so you don't need to build that buffer in there but just want to be positive.

GMAT has just (or about to) remove the 60-day limitation on score reinstatement. That information is still not updated on their site, so I would suggest contacting them for your country (they may be rolling this out gradually).

As in there will no longer be a time limit deadline or as in test takers will no longer be able to reinstate old scores?
Edit: I think I found what you're referring to https://www.mba.com/us/the-gmat-blog-hub ... state.aspx which would be the former (and gramatically what you were saying about getting rid of the limit not the ability, I was just afraid and wanted to confirm)
