Rejection in deferred MBA affecting normal MBA decision

Deferred MBA programs may not have completed 4-5 years since inception. Hence, theoretically, one of your questions may not be answerable.
There are conditions to a deferred admission, the key being that the applicant will go onto work full time for at least 2 years (if not more). Hence, if post successful admit, one pursues a full time masters, technically, it could be a breach of the conditions of admit.
A ding in deferred MBA application should not have too much bearing later when one applies for a full time MBA simply because by then, a lot of water would have flowed under the bridge, one would have acquired meaningful experience and identified their motivations for an MBA. Of course, one would have also (hopefully) enhanced their profile through EC's, etc.
It takes extra effort for a strong deferred application. I have been working with one candidate for profile building for last 9 months. The candidate applies in Apr'23.
Feel free to DM should you have more queries.
Cheers.
