I selected D as my Answer. But the Combridge CAT -- the source of this question-- declared B as the Correct answers . given explanation is that
the relationship of X to Y is the Idiom.
between comes when one compares two things ''between A and B, B is the better player''
relatinship of X to Y is also correct ... the qeUstion is are we ''comparing TWO things here or are we just stating afact if ist the formr than betwwen is thr corecft option and if its the latter than to is the pick however I too felt D was the ans but guess B too s correct in its oown way any more explanatios ...
How do we know for sure that 'their' in choice D refers to people and not warnings?
