The comparison is between return and interest rate in A,C and D. Between B&E, both have their own problems. In B, the verbing should modify company. And hence there shouldn't be a comma between the two. Will go with E

Between A and C, I am falling for A as "the interest rate on a savings account" looks better than " savings account interest rates".
