Oh dat was just a random guessing in the end bcos i was very confused at that moment.so missed the simple thing.BTW how did u reject statement 1?

one country sent 41
other coountries sent= 75-41 = 34

A sent second greatest number.

one e.g. Say A =14 other countries =20 (7,8,4,1 )
Say A = 9 other countries =24(9,8,6,2)

two possibilities
