Request for Guidance for GMAT

My Dear and Respected Friends,

Hope you all are doing great.

I am a new member here so please forgive me if I make any mistakes while posting here.

Here is my query on which I need advice and guidence.

I am a BTech in I.T. I did it from a below average college.

I have 61% in B.Tech
57.4% in 12th
80% in 10th

I have 12years of expereince currently. I havent worked in any MNC in my carrer so far. Currently I am working in a very small Digital Marketing Company based out of California. Its a work from home. I work as the Head of Marketing and Paid Media.

My engineering college was not the best one but even then I used to participate in Debate Competitons. I have twice won the competiton. Once at the college level and once at the national level. I was awared the prize by then President of India who visited our college.

I am now planning to prepare for GMAT. I want to do an Executive MBA. My goal is to get into ISB. My request is given my ordinary profile please let me know if there is any chance of getting into ISB and if I should even try for GMAT. In case if I have a chance what should I target to score in GMAT.
