Kindly evaluate my profile and suggest the feasible schools in top rankings. I would be highly thankful if you can suggest some schools where I can expect significant/full scholarships. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing your profile. I think that as far as the "Indian Male IT professional" candidate pool goes, your profile is relatively strong. You have more substantive work experience and extracurricular activities, and your scores are strong. It seems you have strong exposure to the business side of your organization and have made very substantive impact there.

I'd suggest that you aim for programs like Darden, UCLA, Berkeley, Michigan, Duke. Maybe pick three from this range, and add two less competitive programs in the range of Tepper or Emory. As for scholarships, you are most likely to get these at much less competitive schools. You'll need to research each program individually and see what is available/what you might qualify for.
