Kindly evaluate my profile. I am a 25 year old male Indian IT Engineer.

GMAT score 710 Q48 V38 IR8 AWA 4.0(Is low AWA score going to impact my applications?)

Bachelor of technology in Electronics and communication engineering with 3.3GPA

Work experience
40 months, IT, mobile application developer. Started as a trainee, now 3 levels higher in the hierarchy during the 40 month period.
One of my accomplishments include getting an application I worked on getting featured in Google's official blog.
Worked with clients such as United Nations for developing an application to track AIDS in Kenya.
Mentored trainees within my own company.

Was an active member in National service scheme during which we conducted a survey to gather information on around 100 economically backward families without electricity access and helping them get the same.
Frequent 10K runner, football(Soccer) player.

Target B schools : Madison, Questrom, Fisher, Rochester-Simon.

Kindly suggest some Business schools in Europe too where I could apply with my profile.

Hi and thanks for your post!
Admissions committees will look at your profile holistically, analyzing your stats, work experience and extracurriculars.

Your stats (GMAT/GPA) are good. Yes your AWA is a bit low but it shouldn't be a huge factor in your application. It can't hurt to take the GMAT again though, and in case you haven't already, I suggest taking it 3-4 times. If you can raise the AWA to atleast a 5, that would certainly help.
Your work experience sounds good too. I like that you've been promoted 3 times. It will be important to emphasize your leadership experiences and taking initiative on projects, and the fact that you have mentored trainees falls in those categories.
And your extracurricular activity involving national service scheme sounds interesting; hopefully you can demonstrate the impact you have made there as a result of taking on a leadership role.

Without knowing too much about you, it's tough to suggest a specific school. But I do think you should research the Spanish schools (IESE, IE, ESADE) as well as HEC in France.
Good luck!
