Hi and thanks for your post!
The admissions committees will evaluate your profile holistically, analyzing your stats (GMAT/GPA), work experience, and extracurriculars.
Regarding your stats, your GMAT score is good, but the average GMAT score - especially for your demographic - is higher than a 680, so if possible, consider retaking. You have nothing to lose by taking it 3-4 times, as schools only take your highest score. Especially, for schools like UCLA, Berkeley, and INSEAD, you will want to score closer to the mid 700s. This is even more true to help offset your GPA which is good, but also a bit below the average for those top schools. Of course your stats is only one part of your application.
Your work experience looks solid. Be sure to emphasize your leadership experience there, and examples of when you have taken initiative. It will also be important to showcase your accomplishments and illustrate your impact. It is important to discuss the accomplishments that can translate to a business school environment, as opposed to your daily responsibilities.
Similarly, when discussing your extracurriculars, hopefully you have made a difference in one or two, while taking on a leadership role. If you can demonstrate this, then the schools will feel you will you make a similar impact in the MBA community.
Best of luck!
