Hi,
I am an Indian male, aged 30 years. My GMAT score is 650 (Q47 V33).
I am a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent ) and a CFA.
I have 7 years of professional work experience, 3 years in Finance (International Operations) and 4 years in Consulting. I am currently working with Accenture. I have delivered large scale transformation projects and have been consistently rated highly in my organisation.
As part of my extra co-curriculars I do Long distance running - Marathons and play a musical instrument - Sitar. I am comfortable with 2 foreign languages, which I have learnt as my hobby.
I plan to pursue my MBA at M7 and would like to evaluate my chances considering my profile. My critical question is whether strong letters of recommendation with my additional professional qualification can help improve my chances with 650 score(70th Percentile).

Your chances at M7 are extremely slim with a 650 on the GMAT. You are already coming from an extremely competitive demographic and while you have solid credentials otherwise I don't believe they will be enough to overcome such a low score.
Our best advice would be to retake the exam and improve at least 50 points or try the GRE which might be a better fitting exam.
If that's not possible, you should consider other programs such as those that are lower-ranked in the US or in other less competitive geographies such as Canada.

Can you please help me understand how will GRE be a better fit? I have given GMAT few times and 650 has been my best in official exam although my average is 710 in the official as well as Manhatten mock exams.
