Hi,
I am an Indian male, aged 30 years. My GMAT score is 650 (Q47 V33).
I am a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent ) and a CFA.
I have 7 years of professional work experience, 3 years in Finance (International Operations) and 4 years in Consulting. I am currently working with Accenture. I have delivered large scale transformation projects and have been consistently rated highly in my organisation.
As part of my extra co-curriculars I do Long distance running - Marathons and play a musical instrument - Sitar. I am comfortable with 2 foreign languages, which I have learnt as my hobby.
I plan to pursue my MBA at M7 and would like to evaluate my chances considering my profile. My critical question is whether strong letters of recommendation with my additional professional qualification can help improve my chances with 650 score(70th Percentile).

Thanks for posting your profile. Firstly, let me congratulate you on your professional achievements in leading large projects at Accenture and being highly rated. In addition, you have professional qualifications like the Chartered Accountant and CFA that show your academic capabilities.
That said, test scores still matter at the top MBA programs. At the M7 schools, the average GMAT score for the incoming class ranges from 710 to 730+. Your GMAT could be a concern for the Admissions Committee, as it is a fair way below the average. How many times have you taken the GMAT? You might consider retaking it.
Or if you find yourself hitting a ceiling with the GMAT, look into the GRE. The study material is similar, but some applicants find the GRE test format more suited to their test-taking style.
