1. Which best MBA programs should I aim for? Which would be my safety and which would be my reach/dream schools? I am open to studying anywhere in US and Europe.
You are looking at T15 - T30 in the U.S. You are coming from a very competitive demographic and with your scores, thin ECs, and career jumps, you are going to have a hard time cracking the T15. Is that something that appeals to you? If so, we should discuss more specifically the types of programs that would interest you in that range.
2. What parts of my profile should I improve to get to the reach/dream schools?
You need to improve your GMAT score and your extracurricular activities. The former is the easier to do if you're open to retaking the exam. The latter is challenging since you have limited time before R1 applications are due. It's slightly more manageable for R2 but still not a significant amount of time. Don't forget you need time to put together the application themselves.
3. I have multiple career breaks but have consistently moved on to better roles and higher pay post the break. How big of a red flag are these career breaks? How can I counter these red flags?
This is going to be another challenge. You can't unscramble the egg. The best you can do is to find a creative way to string together patterns or narratives so you can explain your career transitions smoothly and logically. You are going to have to make a better argument than "better roles and higher pay" to pull it off.
