Thanks for posting your profile. I like that you have strong work experience in Tech (with recognition/award), and community engagement teaching English to students. As you put together your MBA application, be sure to explain why you're seeking to pivot from the technical to business side. I do think your background would be attractive to consulting firms.
As for schools, some good 1 year MBA programs to consider are - NUS in Singapore (17 month program), Nanyang Business School in Singapore (1-year program), Queen's in Canada (1-year), York in Canada (1-year), University of Melbourne in Australia (1-year program). As for which country to choose, ask yourself where geographically you'd like to build your long-term career. If you'd like to be in Asia / Australia, the Singapore and Australia programs would have a lot of students from that region. If you'd like to be in North America long-term, then a Canadian program will allow you to build your network in that region.
