First of all CONGRATULATIONS on that fantastic GMAT! It will make a difference!
Overall, your profile is pretty good. You have one thing (and lots of it) that many other candidates lack - LEADERSHIP. And real leadership with big teams (even if it is non-executive). And THIS is how you should present yourself to the AdCom - as a leader of a team of 40!!!! (the rest is less relevant). With this in mind, and with a strong application, I think you might get into some nice schools.
I feel like your school list is a fair and good one, and that if you apply to all the schools on that list, you could hope to get an admit. HBS and Wharton will likely be a far stretch, Haas too, but since they have a fantastic energy program, I'd suggest you apply there anyhow as a targeted stretch school.

Haas has an emphasis on Energy and Clean Technology:
