These are just average and recommended GMAT scores. Your actual chances of admission will depend on a variety of factors, including your overall profile, essays, and recommendations.
Your academic record is strong, with a consistent upward trend from your 10th grade to your B.Tech. Your work experience is also impressive, with 5.5 years of work at Infosys and a consistent track record of promotions. Your volunteer experience and extracurricular activities are relevant to your field of study and demonstrate your leadership and communication skills.
Overall, your profile is strong and competitive for admission to the one-year MBA programs you've mentioned. However, I would recommend aiming for a GMAT score of 700 or above to maximize your chances of success.
Here are some additional tips for strengthening your application:
Craft a compelling personal statement highlighting your unique perspective, motivations, and career goals.
