There are a few subjects to discuss here. First, since you are so close to your Test Day appointment, the fee to reschedule would be significant - and if you could potentially hit your Goal Score in 3 days, then there's not much of a reason to pay to push your Exam back. Second, Business Schools generally do not care if you take the GMAT more than once - so having more than one Score on file shouldn't be an issue. Third, you can always 'cancel' your Score on Test Day after you see it (and pay a fee if you want to re-activate it later), so if you're really that concerned about sending more than one Score, then you can take a proactive step on Test Day to make sure that that doesn't happen.
