Reschedule GMAT Problem

Question

I need to reschedule GMAT, but on this page " My account " page is always " An error has occurred " error message,
so I cannot see my scheduled GMAT appointment to reschedule it on another day.

Guys, if you logged in on GMAT . COM - do you have the same issue?

Please email or call to gmac support. It happened to me once and that day was last day for rescheduling.So I called them, and they didn't charge anything extra as that is their website problem.

If you can't call them, the fastest and easiest way to contact customer support is to use their chat. It is in the "contact us" section

I can access both the "My account" and exam registration pages, so maybe the problem has been fixed or is not affecting everyone. If it's still not working for you, you should call Pearson up, as  deepverma  suggested.
