My answer is (B). It took me 01:59.

The meaning of the this sentence is not clear: Readers are left wondering whether "the measured incidence of astronauts reporting physical discomfort while trying to sleep" is lower than
"the measured incidence while trying to sleep on the ISS"
OR
"the measured incidence while doing anything on the ISS".

In addition, "the measured incidence of astronauts reporting physical discomfort while trying to sleep" can be misinterpreted to mean "physical discomfort trying to sleep".

The issues above are not necessarily fatal, but we need to be on the watch for better versions.
There are no better versions.

Because ”the measured incidence“ is singular, we can confidently eliminate (ADE) for SVA mismatch.

Between (B) and (C), because of the use of past tense "found" in main clause, the subordinate clause should generally use past tense to be in agreement. Reject (C) and pick (B).

3 -2 split.
Ignore find that .Correct verb is Found.
Between A,B,C
"the measured incidence of astronauts" is Singular ,hence "was" is correct.

Options D & E are eliminated because of the word 'find' (We are not ignoring, but eliminating the incorrect option). The correct option should be in the past tense and hence should have 'found' (in option A,B,C).
