Question

Hi guys, two questions:

1. I have no idea how to write my resume and I ran out of people to ask for help. I decided to use resume writing service to write my essay. anyone got any recommendations?

2. If I'm not mistaken, internship is the way of getting a job for those who has no previous experience, but does internship requires experiences as well? Where can I find a list of internships?

My background: graduated from UCLA with a biology major in 2008 and have no previous work experience except for hospital related volunteer experience.

your school will provide plenty of help with writing resumes, its a little early to be stressing about that.

ya, but unfortunately I'm an alumnus and I don't know if they'll sit down with me until the resume is finished. I live kind of far away from UCLA now and it just doesn't seem feasible to commute 50 miles everyday or even every other day.

So, does anyone know of any internship programs for people that have been out of school for a while? I graduated in 2006, taught for a while, and I am now trying to enter the business world. If anyone has any information, I would greatly appriciated it.

Reach out to your school...I know Kellogg helps alums out. They may be willing to work with you via email. Reaching out to them would be my first move since it would be free. They also might be able to point you to career consultants they recommend.
