It is going to take a lot of work, don't kid yourself. You may even want to look at private or course tutoring, if that is a feasible option. The hard truth here is that you are currently lacking fundamental understanding of the level of math that the GMAT is testing. Good news is that the level is not impossible to grasp, and is totally feasible.
Looks like to meet your goal of 700+, you will need a Quant of 45. Of course, with an even higher verbal, your quant can be lower.
