I honestly mean no hate, but I'm thinking about retaking on a 750.
The reason is because I got an IR6, Q49, V44
I heard that schools, especially the top ones, look at Q more than V.
Furthermore, my practice scores show that I should be getting a V504/28 - GMAT Prep 1: 700 (Q48, V38)
6/10 - KapTest 1: 670 (Q50, V27)
6/20 - KapTest 2: 720 (Q50, V40)
6/28 - KapTest 3: 730 (Q51, V34)
6/29 - KapTest 4: 720 (Q50, V37)
7/12 - KapTest 5: 750 (Q50, V45)
7/13 - GMAT Prep 2: 710 (Q49, V38)
7/19 - GMAT Prep 3: 710 (Q50, V36)
7/20 - GMAT Prep 4: 740 (Q50, V40)
True? Honestly any advice will help!

You don't need to take the test again, but you should be sure to explain your low quant score in your application essays.
To be clear, I'm joking.
The Q49, while surprising low percentile-wise, will not hurt you anywhere. The general GMAT club understanding is that the influx of testtakers from South and East Asia have blown the curve on the quantatitive sections. The schools know this, and things you may have heard about needing to be in the 80th percentile on both math and verbal no longer apply.
