Your plan sounds good. Since you have run out of official practice material (OG 10-12 and Verbal Review 1,2) i would suggest that you go through LSAT problem sets. Once you are done, make sure you revisit the OG questions. For quants, i think working on the GMATClub tests and the problems posted on the forum are the best way to boost your score.

Retake only after you are consistently getting 90% of verbal questions correct. There's room for some improvement in quants as well.
Remember, the worst thing you can do is take the 3rd attempt without being completely prepared. A score less than 700 will spell doom. However, from the scores of your practices tests, its quite evident that you do have the potential to easily score in excess of 700. I'm sure you will make it. All the best!
