Hi,
I wanted to know if I take my first attempt of GMAT online or offline this July, is GMAT allowing us to give more attempts right now?

You get one shot at the online GMAT, unless you have taken it already without being allowed to use a physical whiteboard. In that case you can take the online GMAT a second time.

The in-person GMAT, you can take in accordance with the normal 16 days, 5 times in 12 months, and 8 times total rules at an open test center.

If I wish to take online GMAT and want to take a re sit at the test centre to improve my scores will that be allowed too?

Yes, for sure. Taking the online GMAT does not at all affect how many times you can take the GMAT in a test center.
