Retaking GMAT for Booth/Kellogg/HBS

Hi! I am a 23 year old male working in operations management at a well-known B2B supply company. I graduated in 2020 from a top 30 university with a 3.44 GPA (economics major). As part of my major, I took a number of difficult quant classes, but did not do all that great in them, earning a handful of A's, mostly B's, and two C's. During college I worked on the business side of the fashion industry, and participated in two highly competitive internships at major retailers. Long term, I see myself returning to the fashion industry.
My current employer will pay for a part time program, so I am primarily looking at Booth and Kellogg. However, I would also really like to try for HBS. I know a few people from the fashion industry who have gone to Harvard, and they had terrific experiences. Moreover, it's always been my dream to attend HBS, so I'd like to put forward the best application possible.
I took the GMAT this Saturday; here are my scores:
Total: 710
Quant: 43
Verbal: 44
IR: 7
AWA: 6
I studied for close to a year (though not very consistently). My highest practice tests scores were a 47Q and 45V. Obviously I am worried about my quant score. Is it worth studying a bit more and trying to attain that 47/48/49 quant? I think I have a good shot at Booth and Kellogg, but I would like some input on my chances for HBS. Thanks in advance!
