I would suggest you to give mocks and grill yourself by analyzing the mistakes of the mock, 1in every 2 days.

Hey everyone, I am a new joiner and have found great inspiration on this site. I just took the GMAT on Nov 1 and and got a 640 (M:44, V:35). It was a huge disappointment considering I was scoring about 710 on the GMAC software a few days before the test. A couple of things I was wondering if you have tips on:

1. I'll be retaking the test in a month or so. How should I structure my study? I was thinking about keeping a list of all my weaknesses and spending each night drilling into 1-2 of them plus doing a complete run on different types of problems for both verbal and math. This way, I am practicing everything everyday.

Is this a good idea or is this too much? Any other suggestions? Do you guys suggest going over questions that you got right as well -- to validate that your approach is right?

2. What additional prep material would you guys recommend? I took the Kaplan course and have repeat material to work off of. I also have OG 10 and 11, plus Princeton Cracking the GMAT 2006.

Any suggestions on what other stuff I can use? Where do you guys get all the sc1000, cr1000, ds1000, ps1000?

Thanks for your support!!
