I took the gmat in late February this year and am retaking it on Friday(8/6/04). You can read about my first time here:

One thing that I forgot to mention is that I worked really hard on the AWA section and did well (4.5), but felt a little burned out after writing the two essays(although I had a lot of nervous energy). Staring at the computer screen really tires my eyes out.
I am a little concerned that if I spend too much time on the AWA this time it might negatively affect my quant section again. Is it important enough that I should work hard on it again or should I shoot for a mediocre essay and not work too hard straing my head or my eyes?
Finally, this may sound a little strange, but I've noticed that certain foods make me kind of sleepy. Are there any foods that might be good to eat between now and test day? I'm taking the test at 10:00, what would be a good breakfast and what would be a good snack to bring with me?
I've done a lot of quant preperation and I want to stack as many things as possible to improve my chances when I take the test
