I agree with the other posters that you need to figure out your weaknesses and then work on those concepts. Re-taking sim test after sim test without a big improvement may be a sign that you are not learning from your mistakes.

An online program indeed may be worth it for you, as you will be able to learn at your own pace. In your case, you'll want to put in at least a couple hours of GMAT study each day. Thanks for the advice. I retook it a few days ago and got a 600: Quant 42 Verbal 30 IR 6. Definitely better than before but nothing great. Hopefully its enough with Work Experience and Essays as strong points.
