If you call the customer service line, they can give you the various IDs you need to access your official report. My report became available while I was at work, and I didn't have my unofficial score report with me. For some reason, I was dying to see my AWA scores, so I called them to get the ID number I needed.
While you're on the phone, you can also ask them to send your official score report to the schools, but they'll charge you $28 instead of $25 (the charge for sending the additional score reports online).
