The math is pretty basic. So if you are a beginner and think you are weak at math you can use the book. If not, refrain from using it, it doesn't really meet the GMAT standard.

Thank you do you recommend buying it or instead buying the whole Manhattan Prep GMAT guide ?

Yes you should definitely buy the sc and rc of Manhattan prep. You can also buy the entire set if you want to practice more quant.
