Reward Points Locked

Question

I reached "Gold" Status. However, the reward points have not increased. 
Points stuck at 30.

Anyone ?

One of the reasons could be 
You have not achieved the required number of kudos specified for a level. 
You might need more kudos to reach the next tier. Until you get the required number of kudos specified for a level, your points will not increase

You have reached 99 points with 6 kudos.

You'll need to get 25 kudos to advance to the next tier, then the points will start accumulating again.
