Last month I used up 80 points for gmat club tests access for a month. Now, after the access is expired, I still see that I have 99 rewards. However, in the side bar it shows that I only have 19 points. I cannot accumulate points any more now ( used chat, replying to post, used timer etc). I sent out an email to support, but havent heard anything.

A member needs to have a minimum of 25 kudos to get into silver otherwise he/she will never cross 99 points.

SonGoku- I understand that. however the issue is not that I would like to go to Silver status. its about deducting 80 points for gmat club tests in the background but not showing it. I should be at 19 points and this will help me accumulate more points.
