Rise in number of applicants to business schools Class of 2021 vs Class of 2022
We have compared the US News data to see how the number of applicants to business schools varied from the class of 2021 to the class of 2022.
32 out of the 40 schools had reported an increase in the number of applicants
6 out of the 40 schools had reported a decline in the number of applicants
Kellogg had the most increase in the number of applicants with 2034 more applicants for the class of 2022
Michigan Ross had the most decrease in the number of applicants with 422 fewer applicants for the class of 2021
Only Stanford and Ross reported a decrease in the number of applicants
What do you think are some of the reasons for this rise?

Applicants for Class of 2022 (intake 2020)- is this data published recently? Ideally it would have been published in 2020 and now class of 2024 (intake 2022) data would be expected to be published.

I guess we should be expecting even more applicants for next year, as COVID disappears. Even Tougher competition is coming :/
