(A) weak reasoning
(B) does not provide an concrete reasoning
(C) other groups are 40 to 50 yrs old - they could be in their 2nd generation as well
(D) does not affect the argument
(E) My choice.

Since I do not have the OA/OE, it would be good if everyone discussed their thoughts on the answer.

It is E.
It gives an example which undermines the conclusion. This is a weaking of the argument question. E weakens the argument.
