Its very focused on leadership more than skill building and so not super rigourous. Average age is high as compared to other EMBA programs; like 40, similar to Kellogg and Sloan. Which is different from younger programs like Wharton EMBA, CBS EMBA, and to a lesser degree Booth EMBA.
As you might know there is no GMAT required but you do want to have some solid quant data points. Campuses in Ann Arbor and Burbank, the latter often surprises people, it takes place at a high end hotel. FYI there are no visas for EMBA applicants from abroad so making sure you know this.
