Lots of companies have them, it really depends on where your interests are. They range from CPG, traditional industry, energy, retail, high tech. Pay structure also varies by industry and by program. Some companies will actually have multiple programs with different targets majors, schools, and previous work experience. At a top school they tend to range from like 95-145k which is a huge spread but I know companies at the bottom and top.
A lot offer great paths, but it doesnt mean even if you enter the best program you will move up high or if you enter a bad one you wont become a CEO. Location is a huge factor for some. There are programs who will move you around a lot and will put you through numerous 6 month rotations, some will not move you and will do only a few rotations of up to 18 months each. Your best bet is to go to the companies career website you are interested in, what would be a great program for me could be a terrible one for you.
I am aiming heavily at energy but there are a few one offs that I would love to get for a variety of reasons. One of my top choices is way outside the box, I bet only a tiny number of people are looking at the program but for me it would be awesome for a lot of reasons...and it is definitely not energy related.
