Hi everyone,
I got accepted at fall 2022 MBA programs at Rotman (University of Toronto) and Schulich (York University). I got some limited scholarship in both of the business schools.
I am having a difficult time in choosing between these two schools. I would like to know the pros and cons of each business school so I can make an informed choice. Some things I would like to know before making the decision are as follows:
1. Ease of finding employment after graduation
2. Scope to get good internships
3. Support received from alumni associations
4. Average salary after graduation
5. Industries where Rotman MBA and Schulich MBA receive priorities
6. Any other relevant factors that should be considered while making the decision
Please note: I am currently working as a product manager in one of the top banks in my country where I launch new products and create new value propositions for existing customers. Pursuing product management is one of my options after graduation. I am open to exploring consulting career in Canada too.

Generally speaking, Rotman is the overall stronger choice. It is considered the premier MBA program in Canada. That's not to say that it's necessarily better in every category you have listed, but it's likely to check more of the boxes for you than any other program in Canada. Schulich is still excellent but Rotman is effectively #1.
I hope you find folks - especially alumni and current students - who can fill in the blanks here (to the extent it's possible to accurately compare apples to apples), but on the surface, Rotman would be my pick without getting into too many of the fine details.
