Significantly more difficult than Round 1 or 2. If possible, you should strive for earlier rounds. Your odds can drop by 50%+ in Round 3 vs. earlier rounds.

For international students trying to get into US schools, round 3 is a strict no as the odds decrease drastically. INSEAD is one school which claims to intake equal number of students in each round and I have seen many candidates get through in round 3 as well. Though most of the scholarship funds might have been disbursed already.
