hello guys,

I am studing for the gmat for the last 2 months for more than 200 hours... Unfortunately, the prediction is that I am not gonna catch the 600 soon, because of the low grade in verbal.

I am interested for the msc in marketing.

Do you believe that there is reason in applying with a gmat score under 600? Will they take into consideration other things?

Seriously, I dont know what to do.

Thanks in advance.
Hi,

First of all, relax. I can understand your situation as a low GMAT score after studying for hours hits your morale. While a score under 600 is low but at the same time if you have dedicated so many hours into studying then I am sure you are bound to break the 600 mark anytime. Just don't lose hope while you are almost there.
Yes, other things are taken into consideration in any B-School application but the seats are very limited in all the B-schools. So, unless you are the founder of Facebook or an Olympic Gold Medalist, the moot point of your application would always somehow be your GMAT score. For MSc in marketing try crossing the 600 mark and work on other aspects of your application.
