RSM has changed the essay set for its MBA program admissions for this year. While two of the essays remain the same, the traditional goals essay has been replaced with an essay that has two options, focusing on how the applicant has been/will be a force for positive change in the world.
RSM MBA essays 2019 The essay topics are as follows:
1 (a). Share how you’ve already been a force for positive change in your world. Your example can be large or small, global or local, but must highlight the positive impact you’ve had through your efforts. Tell us your story.
OR
1 (b). Discuss how the RSM MBA will prepare you to become a force for positive change, either in your personal or professional life.
Where do you see these 2 topics ? 2. Describe how the socio-economic environment in which you live/work impacts your business decisions. Please explain your answer and use examples from your own experience whenever possible.
3. Describe the most difficult decision you have made and its effect on you.
I think they are excluded. the only questions part of the application are: 1 (a). Share how you’ve already been a force for positive change in your world. Your example can be large or small, global or local, but must highlight the positive impact you’ve had through your efforts. Tell us your story.

1 (b). Discuss how the RSM MBA will prepare you to become a force for positive change, either in your personal or professional life.

Hi hsn81960, Those are the only two questions I saw as well, and it emphasizes to answer only ONE! Pick one and move on. Think about the other two questions for Kira or Interview prep, after submitting.
