Dear All MBA Applicants of Rutgers: Intake of 2022 (Class of 2024),
Let's use this forum to discuss and share interview experience at Rutgers.
I have an interview coming up, not sure what to expect in addition to the basic MBA questions.
Also, is there an additional interview with a division called Career Management? Read this on another discussion thread but not a lot of people could shed light on what to expect from this interview.
Please do share the experience, purpose and the questions asked in the Career Management interview as well.

Hi,
I gave my Rutgers interview yesterday. I was told there would be a second interview with the Career Management team next week.
Questions I was asked :
1. Why MBA and Why Rutgers?
2. What is leadership to you or Tell me a time when you showed leadership qualities?
3. Your contribution to the MBA Class
4. Short term and Long term personal goals if any
5. Questions for the interviewer?
The interview was about 30-35 mins, very conversational.
All the best to everyone who have their interviews lined up.

Thanks for your reply tanvisachdeva. Really helpful for my preparation.
Any idea what can we expect in the interview with the Career Management team? Or did the interviewer mention the purpose of this interview or how it would be different from the current one?
