Sales manager: My salespeople are required to attend classes to keep their sales skills current. We use a lot of company time organizing this training—renting meeting rooms, hiring trainers, and holding sessions during business hours. Clearly OA E as, the company just has to design the tutorials and videos. It is a one time job for the company post which they have to spend minimal to no time maintaining them.

This is a strengthen question. It's really important to define the scope of what is being asked here. You are looking for the answer choice that strengthens the claim that moving trainings to online format will take up less time during business hours than if it were in person.
For each answer choice ask yourself: "does this answer choice lead to there being less work needed on the trainings?" Go through and ask yourself that for each question and eliminate all the incorrect answer choices. The only one you will be left with is E.
To further explain why E is correct, it says that once it's set up then there's not much else you need to do to maintain the program. Meanwhile, in the question it says that for in person trainings "We use a lot of company time organizing this training—renting meeting rooms, hiring trainers, and holding sessions during business hours."
So if they can set up an online version of this, they will no longer need to do most of these things thus saving a lot of time.
