Samantha drove a total of 700 miles on her vacation. If her car averages 35 miles per gallon of gas and gas cost an average of $1.25 per gallon.
Total gas consumed = 700 miles / 35 miles /gallons = 20 gallons
Cost of gas = 20 gallons * 1.24 $/gallons = $25
