Answer B?

It should not be a pronoun for an individual.

Satisfied by the strong performance on GMAT test, it was decided by Peter to give himself a two-week rest.

A. it was decided by Peter to give himself a two-week rest -- Satisfied by the strong performance - this is an adjectival phrase and need a noun (person who is satisfied by the strong performance) right after the comma. "It" cannot be the subject.
B. Peter decided to give himself a two-week rest - CORRECT
C. a two-week rest was given by Peter to himself -- Same error as A. Here the subject is 'rest'.
D. Peter's decision was to give himself a two-week rest -- Same error as A. Here the subject is 'decision'.
E. it was decided that Peter give himself a two-week rest -- Same error as A. Here the subject is 'it'.

It's a clear B. See errors and explanations above. Hope this helps!
