I have received admit from R.I.T- Saunders College of Business. Is it worth going?

Depends on your profile, what you're after in the program and whether you got admit offers from other schools as well as any corresponding scholarship.

Can you please elaborate on all those factors?

I'm looking for an MBA with aim of excelling in career.I'm looking for what are career prospects after graduating from Saunders.
i haven't received any other admits but i'm awaiting reply from GISMA School of Business, SMU and i'm also planning to apply for EDHEC.
I'm looking for scholarships as well.

You're MBA goals seem very vague even from an industry and function standpoint. You might want to elaborate more on those areas and compare it with the school's employment report which will be a good indicator what companies the Saunder feed into.

Are you also an international student without citizenship in Canada/US? That will have a heavy impact in finding a job particularly in North America since they would prefer there own citizens over a foreigner unless you have a unique, non-transferable talent. You might want to look at the employment report above how well the school feeds into the companies you desire for international students or if they end up returning to there home country.

With regards to the other schools, the question is a matter of where you'd like to end up in post-grad. Sauder is in Canada, GISMA is in Germany & SMU is in Singapore. Those will likely feed you into companies that have a presence in North America, Europe & Asia respectively.
